2. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are subject to change. Payment is due at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or inability to fulfill.

3. Production and Delivery

Production timelines are estimates and begin upon proof approval. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

4. Returns and Refunds

Custom printed products are made to your specifications and cannot be returned unless defective. Please review our Refund Policy for details on claims for defective products.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to designs, logos, and artwork you upload. By submitting a design, you warrant that you have the right to use it and grant us a license to reproduce it for your order.
