Refund Policy

1. Custom Products
All products manufactured by PrintParcels are custom-made to your specifications. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, design errors not caused by us, or changes of mind after production has begun.
2. Defective Products
If your products arrive with manufacturing defects, printing errors attributable to us, or damage in transit, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will either reprint the order or issue a full refund at our discretion.
3. Cancellation
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation is not available. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
4. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
